A short drive will take you to the starting point of your adventure, the Sermenza stream, where the activity will take place, ending directly at our center. You will be provided with all the specific canyoning equipment, including helmet, harness, and ropes, to immerse yourself in a new and exciting adventure. Our expert instructors will be by your side at all times, ensuring your experience is as fun and safe as possible. - Payments on site can only be made by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or SatisPay.
- River activities must be undertaken while fully alert and sober. Participation after consuming alcohol or drugs is therefore strictly prohibited.
- All activities offered by our centre take place even in the event of rain.
- If particularly adverse river or weather conditions prevent the activities from being carried out safely, we will contact you to arrange a new date or refund the deposit paid.
Frequent questions - Sermenza Adventure
Yes, rain doesn't prevent you from enjoying the experience on the water and can make the activity even more fun and unique. The trip will be cancelled or modified only when weather or river conditions make it unsafe. The Monrosarafting center will then contact you to arrange any changes to dates, times, or refunds.
Yes. Canyoning in the Sermenza is designed to be an experience suitable for even the youngest visitors. Before departure, guides explain all the safety rules and accompany the group throughout the activity. Safety equipment is provided and must be worn at all times.
Rock shoes aren't the best choice for river walking because their soles are too flexible and don't provide adequate foot protection. Closed shoes with rigid soles, such as sneakers, are better.
For safety reasons, bringing personal items during the activity is prohibited, and electronic devices may get wet or lost. We offer professional photography services or waterproof action camera rentals. Photos will be available for purchase at the end of the activity.
The appointment is at our center at the agreed-upon time. It's not necessary to arrive early, but we ask that you arrive on time. If you'd like to arrive earlier, you're always welcome. We're located in a beautiful, large green area on the banks of the Sesia River, and we have a café waiting to help you while you wait.
Don't worry: we're available to accommodate your needs and, when possible, we can consider date changes or reservation modifications to allow you to participate at a later time. If you wish to permanently cancel your reservation, please review our cancellation policy for full terms and conditions.
Of course, in fact, adult participation is always recommended. It's an ideal activity for families and groups with children who want to try canyoning in a fun and safe environment.
Participants are advised to have some basic water confidence, but expert swimmers aren't required. During the activity, everyone wears a life jacket and is supervised by guides.
